Since being admitted to practice in 2020, he has built a focused practice on helping foreign creditors locate and freeze debtor assets in China — bank accounts, real property, receivables, equity holdings, and third-party transfers — often before the debtor even knows a lawsuit is coming. Before entering practice, he spent eight years in the banking sector, giving him an insider's understanding of financial flows, account structures, and asset tracing — invaluable in enforcement and recovery work. He also served as an intern judge-assistant in the enforcement division of a Chongqing intermediate court and as a hearing officer for a Chongqing district procuratorate, experience that gives him first-hand knowledge of how Chinese enforcement bureaus and procuratorates actually operate.
